Requesting Funds

The Friends of South High Foundation provides support to South High by providing grants to staff for programs and projects that enhance the academic experience of current students.

Past Grants

 

Grants to staff are reviewed and awarded on a monthly basis during the school year. Funding may be requested for curriculum and instructional support not otherwise available through school or administrative resources.

Please review the criteria, before submitting your request:

  • Applications must be timely and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate need and benefit to students
  • Demonstrate administrative support
  • Provide feedback on program or project outcome and goals

Other criteria the committee will use in review:

  • Number of students impacted
  • Available funding from other sources
  • Is the program currently funded by the Foundation

Instructions for requesting funds:

  1. Open the Grant Application form.
  2. Complete the form online, or print and manually complete.
  3. Print the completed form
  4. Obtain signature/approval of Principal or Assistant Principal
  5. Submit completed application to the Foundation through the school office.
