Individual contributions provide necessary funding for the Foundation to support many activities and programs at South High, in addition to providing assistance to students for post high school education.

  1. Complete and print our donor form (click here)
  2. Make check payable to:

  3. Make sure to indicate on your form if you are supporting a specific program or project, and/or a memoriam. Provide the same information in the memo area of your check.
  4. Mail completed form and check to:

  5. You will receive an acknowledgment for tax purposes.

Many employers make matching gifts!

Be sure to check with your employer’s HR department to see if they will make a matching donation. Usually, they will have a form for you to send to the Foundation to verify your donation.
