Strategic Planning:
Oversee and review the focus and work of the Foundation to ensure growth, development, and standards. Harold Benson, Chair
Membership:
Recruit members. Maintain current membership lists, establish system of communication with reunion chairs and other alumni, provide representation/speakers for class reunions, develop & implement alumni events.

Communications:
Communications, including publications, publicity, public relations, and liaison functions. Maintain and preserve all records and databases. Compose, publish, and distribute materials. Inter-communication with South High organizations. Nancy Rosenow, Chair
Finance/Budget:
Oversee management of funds and assets. Financial planning and tracking, including investment/endowment and budget and adherence. Steve Lindquist, Chair
Fundraising:
Directing and performance of all fundraising activities including promotion, sponsorship, and execution. Don Swanson, Chair (Call 763-533-9083)
Grants:
Receive and review all South High requests for funding. Provide recommendations to the Executive Board for awards. George Dahl, Chair
Scholarships:
Review and oversight of Scholarship applications by South High students, in cooperation with South High Counseling department. Elmer Koch, Chair
